I've resisted posting this for long enough.. but I can't hold it any longer
The top 5 things I've hated about the IPL so far..
5. That Chennai at the bottom of the table & vying for the last spot still keep complaining that they don't have good bowlers and bench Ntini
4. L Sivaramakrishkan - Just 'cos he's getting a percentage cut, does he have to battle it out with the other commentators to prove the amount of rake he's taking home?! I bet Karbonn is giving him the post of Marketing Director post the IPL. I don't think the company realises that no one's going to buy their stupid mobiles even if they sell it with a packaging of playboy centerfolds
3. Nita Ambani & Shilpa Shetty - equally!!! If you're a woman and showing up on the ground, please ensure you are good looking (a la Preity Zinta) or atleast showing some cleavage, or handicapped (so that we can pity you). Atleast Preity Zinta distracts the players enough to get them to be at the bottom of the points table. I guess the sheer spite of seeing these other women on the ground just gets their anger all pumped up and they take it out on the ground. What else can they do?! See Yusuf Pathan or Zaheer Khan after they take a wicket. And Nita Ambani - really?! How much fake and phony can you get?!
2. Lalit Modi - ofcourse!
1. that ****ing MRF blip - the stupid commentators have to say that Dennis ****ing Lilee is the director and everyone there's a ****ing a**-hole everytime they see it on screen. This is probably an another MBA idea as an alternative to the advertising world I guess. ****ing B******s!!!!
